Pet Policy

Room for paws, perches, and everyday pet routines. At Chugach South, you can settle into a pet-friendly Anchorage apartment that keeps care simple, from large closets for food, litter, toys, and winter gear to a patio or balcony for a quick breath of fresh air. Smoke-free living, keyed building entry, and responsive management add ease between walks, feedings, and vet visits, while South Anchorage Sports Park’s off-leash dog area gives you a nearby option when your dog needs more room to roam. Review the policy details, explore available floor plans, or contact the leasing team with pet questions.
